Shipping
Ready-to-Ship Items: Items that are not marked as pre-order are ready to be shipped immediately upon purchase. Orders containing only ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Pre-order Items: Pre-order items require additional processing time before shipping. These items take approximately 2 weeks to process before they are ready to ship. Once processed, pre-order items are shipped via standard shipping methods, and delivery can take an additional 3-4 weeks, depending on the destination.
Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping options for all orders. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee, depending on the destination and item availability.
Returns
Return Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including both ready-to-ship and pre-order items. All sales are final.
